BYBEE TEST PREP, LLC’s TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By enrolling in Bybee Test Prep, LLC d/b/a Bybee College Prep’s tutoring program, the student (and their parent or guardian, if the student is under 18) agrees to the following terms and conditions. Participation in any service indicates acceptance of this agreement.

Program Offerings and Tuition

  • Test Prep Boot Camp: Tuition is $1,995.00. The program is designed to prepare students for the SAT or ACT with up to 46 classroom hours, including 16 hours of instruction and up to 5 full-length practice tests and 1:1 test reviews. Classes are scheduled Sunday through Thursday. Make-up sessions are available at the cost of $180 per 2-hour session.
  • Test Prep Academy: Tuition is $4,995.00. The program offers a comprehensive approach, including a customized test preparation plan based on an initial orientation session. It features both small group and 1:1 instruction, aiming to prepare students thoroughly for the ACT and/or SAT and provides ongoing tutoring tailored to the student’s individual needs with over 70 proprietary strategies and techniques.
  • College App Camp: Tuition is $695.00. This 4-day, 12-hour camp prepares students for the college application process, helping them to develop a college-ready resume, two college-ready essays, a spreadsheet for organizing college choices, and a template for writing effective cover letters.
  • Find Your Fit: Tuition is $795.00. This program helps students identify the colleges that best match their academic, social, and personal preferences. It includes personalized assessments, one-on-one consultations, and a detailed college list tailored to the student’s unique profile.
  • Map Your Major: Tuition is $795.00. This program assists students in exploring potential college majors and career paths. It includes personalized assessments, one-on-one consultations, and a comprehensive report outlining suitable majors and related career options.
  • College Coaching: Tuition is $3,995.00. The program offers personalized guidance through the college selection and application process, including strategy development for college admissions, assistance with application materials, and interview preparation.
  • Complete College Prep Package: Tuition is $7,995.00. This all-inclusive program provides personalized guidance through every step of the college selection and application process. It includes strategy development for college admissions, assistance with application materials, interview preparation, and ongoing support to ensure students are well-prepared and confident throughout their journey to college.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds, less a 10% administrative fee, are available before the start of any program. After the program has begun, refunds are prorated based on the number of unused sessions remaining, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • For 1:1 tutoring, sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will not be refunded if a part of a purchased package.

No-Show and Rescheduling Policy

This No-Show and Rescheduling Policy applies to clients enrolled in the Test Prep Academy and Complete College Prep Package programs.
  • No-Show Policy: If a student does not attend a scheduled 1:1 tutorial or a test review session without prior notice, the session will be cancelled.
  • Rescheduling Policy: 1:1 tutorials or test review sessions can be rescheduled at no charge if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session and based on the availability of our Test Prep Coaches. 1:1 tutorials or test review sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, will require a fee of $90 to be rescheduled and based on the availability of our Test Prep Coaches.
  • Determining Notice: The 24-hour notice will be determined by the time stamp of the notification. Notification can be made through text message, phone call, or email.

Photography and Promotional Use

  • Photographs of students in instructional settings may be published on Bybee College Prep’s website or other promotional materials.

Description of SMS Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number to Bybee Test Prep, LLC d/b/a Bybee College Prep, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages related to your enrollment, participation, or inquiries regarding our programs and services.

SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

  • Class reminders and program updates

  • Test review scheduling notifications

  • Account-related notifications

  • Customer service communications

  • Important service announcements

  • Promotional messages, special offers, or new program information (if opted in)

Message frequency may vary depending on your level of engagement with our services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Once you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS communications may impact your ability to receive important reminders or updates regarding scheduled sessions or program participation.

Message and Data Rates

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Bybee Test Prep, LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Bybee Test Prep, LLC.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is collected solely for providing and improving our services, adhering to strict privacy standards. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bybee Test Prep, LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Texas, according to Texas law.

Service Modifications and Termination

  • Services may be modified or terminated at our discretion, with appropriate notice as required by law.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
